FloPost is a dashboard for publishing video content to your own TikTok account. By signing in or using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FloPost.

What FloPost does

FloPost lets you connect one or more TikTok accounts you control, upload a video, choose a caption and audience, and either publish it to your profile or send it to your TikTok drafts. FloPost talks to TikTok through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API, under the permissions you grant on TikTok's own consent screen.

Your account and your content

• You may only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Everything you post remains yours. FloPost claims no rights over your videos or captions, and only transmits them to TikTok on your instruction.
• You are responsible for the content you publish. It must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, and with the law. Posting through FloPost does not exempt you from any of TikTok's rules.
• Do not use FloPost to spam, to post content you have no rights to, or to circumvent TikTok's rate limits, moderation, or audience protections.

TikTok is not ours

FloPost is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok. TikTok may change or withdraw its APIs, reject a post, rate-limit an account, or revoke access at any time — those decisions are TikTok's, and FloPost cannot override them.

Availability and disclaimers

FloPost is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, that a post will publish successfully, or that staged files will be retained. Uploaded videos are staged only briefly for delivery to TikTok and are deleted afterwards — FloPost is not a backup or storage service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloPost and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost content, or actions taken by TikTok against your account.

Termination

You can stop using FloPost at any time: disconnect your TikTok accounts from the dashboard (which revokes the stored tokens with TikTok) and sign out. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or abuses the service.

Changes

These terms may change as FloPost evolves. The date above always reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
